## Purpose

This packet defines what Faultprint needs from a client to run a bounded structural assessment of current institutional documents.

## Required Intake Fields

- Institution name
- Sector/domain
- Assessment purpose
- Document owner or source
- Whether documents are current, proposed, historical, or under revision
- Whether documents are public, confidential, privileged, or restricted
- Known systems, vendors, models, decision processes, or review workflows implicated by the corpus

## Required Corpus

- Policies and procedures
- Terms, notices, disclosures, or user-facing rules
- Appeal, dispute, reconsideration, complaint, correction, or exception materials
- AI governance, model governance, automation, vendor, or data-quality materials when applicable
- Eligibility, classification, scoring, pricing, account restriction, access interruption, or enforcement materials when applicable

- Exception logs
- Override logs

- Training materials
- Audit reports

- No stable version or retrieval date
- Documents too incomplete to support bounded findings
- Client asks for recommendations, predictions, or legal conclusions instead of findings
- Client asks Faultprint to certify absence of risk
