## Purpose

v11 closes the first source-verification follow-up loop for rows that were unsupported, partially supported, or fetch-blocked in Source Verification Priority Pass 001.

## Actions

- OCL-0293 Aidoc: reanchored from generic homepage to Aidoc FDA-clearance/workflow page; moved to client_ready_with_caveat.
- OCL-0424 ElevenLabs: reanchored from analyst proposition to actual safety-page classifier/provenance content; moved to client_ready_with_caveat.
- OCL-0661 DOT denied boarding: replaced 403-prone Fly Rights URL with DOT bumping/oversales page; row remains revise_internal because it is a passenger-protection mitigant and may need splitting.
- OCL-0205 FSA IDR null row: remains hold_internal under null/corpus-absence regime.
- OCL-0274 Zest AI: remains caveated with partial source support and tightened boundary.

## Status

v11 should be treated as the current source-follow-up baseline for priority rows. It does not replace the need for human review, but it removes known bad anchors from Aidoc and ElevenLabs and replaces the blocked DOT URL.
